9.1 Booking and Confirmation

Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp message or email
Booking is subject to availability
A deposit/advance payment may be required
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking

9.2 Delivery and Pickup

Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 12 PM
Delivery charges (if applicable) will be communicated separately
Customer is responsible for accessibility of delivery location
Pickup will be scheduled based on agreed dates

9.3 Damage and Responsibility

Customer accepts all rented items in good condition
Customer is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear
Damage charges will be levied as per our damage policy
Loss of items will be charged at replacement cost

9.4 Hygiene and Maintenance

All items are sanitized before delivery
Customer must keep items clean during rental period
Stains, burns, or permanent damage will incur additional charges

9.5 Late Returns

Items must be returned on the agreed date
Late returns will be charged at applicable rates
Extended rental periods can be arranged with prior notice

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
Service charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
Late cancellations may incur charges as per our policy

11. Liability Limitation

HostMyGuest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the website or rental services, except where such liability is expressly prohibited by law.

You agree that you will not:
